What is Shipmate for USPS?

USPS for Salesforce brings all of the administrative tasks such as booking shipments, tracking them and scheduling pickups into your CRM system.

How does it work?

When after you install the app a new "app" will appear in the "app picker" in Salesforce:

This adds the various components in Saleforce that enable shipping.

How do I set it up?

Its available on the AppExchange Listing, just follow our installation guide to get started.

How do I send my first shipment?

This is all in the guides you can see in the menu. First you need to configure your USPS account (also known as a preference), then make sure the users who need to use it have a licence, finally go to the Shipment Wizard section to create your first shipment.

How do I pay for it?

You get a 7 day trial, to see how the application works, then just contact us via the live chat icon at the bottom right of this page or go to our contact us page to write us an email, to get a license.
