Why can’t I see ZenKraft Shipmate in the Force.com apps menu (top-right) after install?

This includes all users including the admin. You must be a Salesforce Administrator or have the permission Manage Package Licenses to assign licenses:

  1. Navigate to Setup | View Installed Packages.
  2. Click on Manage Licenses.
  3. Click Add Users.
  4. Select the desired users by checking the checkbox by their name.
  5. Click Add to assign the licenses.

The application hasn’t been deployed

Follow these steps to deploy the application:

  1. Navigate to Setup | View Installed Packages.
  2. Click on ZenKraft Shipmate – FedEx for Salesforce package.
  3. Click Deploy, then Deploy.

The Profile doesn’t have visibility.

Here are the steps to make sure this is setup correctly:

  1. Navigate to Profiles – Setup | Manage Users | Profiles
  2. Click on the Profile that contains the users you want to provide access
  3. Click the Edit button
  4. Navigate to Custom App Settings
  5. Make sure the Visible checkbox near ZenKraft Shipmate is checked
  6. Click Save

Repeat 1-6 for any other Profiles that require access
