Some Salesforce profiles can’t access Shipmate

Please follow the steps below to get this fixed:

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Click Installed Packages
  3. Click Manage Licenses for the ZenKraft Shipmate package
  4. Under Licensed Users, click on the Profile for the User who is unable to access Shipmate
  5. Click Edit
  6. Under Custom App Settings, make sure Shipmate is checked Visible

Under the Tab Settings:

  • Make sure Overwrite users’ personal tab customizations is checked
  • Make sure the following tabs are Default On: Start Page, FedEx/UPS/USPS Shipments, Package Profile, Shipmate Preferences, Custom Address Source

Under Custom Object Permissions, check Read, Create, Edit and Delete for the following seven Objects:

  • Custom Address Source
  • FedEx/UPS/USPS Shipments
  • International Commodities
  • Packages
  • Shipmate Preferences
  • Shipment Packages
  • Shipment Special Services
  1. Click Save
  2. Under the same Profile, click on the related list Enabled Apex Class Access, then click Edit
  3. Move any Available Apex Classes that begin with "zkfedex" / "zkups" / "zkusps" over to the right column titled Enabled Apex Classes
  4. Click Save
  5. Under the same Profile, click on the related list sEnabled Visualforce Page Access, then click Edit
  6. Move any Available Visualforce Pages that begin with "zkfedex" / "zkups" / "zkusps" over to the right column titled Enabled Visualforce Pages
  7. Click Save
  8. Repeat this for any other User Profile that cannot access the application
