How do I launch the FedEx Shipment Wizard in Salesforce?
To create a shipment, the Shipment Wizard must be launched first. There are two ways to do this:
- Click the FedEx Shipments tab, then click New FedEx Shipment.
- Go to any Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity record, then click New Shipment on the FedEx Shipments related list.
Creating a shipment from a Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity will preload the recipient’s contact and address fields.
Note: Shipments can also be created directly from a Custom Object (e.g., Cases).
